After the Shooting 

After the Shooting is an interactive documentary aimed at creating a community conversation around the the violent murders of three Muslim students, Deah Barakat, Yusor Abu-Salha and Razan Abu-Salha in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. By discussing the way that larger themes of religion, gun control, media, and mental health impact violence in the U.S. and abroad.

The project is designed elevate the conversation, raise critical questions and offer a nuanced perspective of the complexity of tragedy. The project was featured on MTV News and Mediastorm.
